Once an offer is made which is acceptable to the seller, the listing is closed. Easy Excess will receive the Purchase Order from the buying company and set up the logistics of the deal. The payment will be made directly to the seller. Shipment will be made directly from the seller upon receipt of payment. Terms of the agreement are within the listing purchased and should be strictly adhered to. No shipping will take place until full payment is received by the seller unless prior arrangements have been made.
