This allows total flexibility of the sale, while not requiring the constant re-listing of expiring lots that are slow to sell. Buyers, it is not advised you wait until the listing is expireing to make an offer. With sellers frequently ending the listings early to make the sale, you should make your offer known. Your offer may be accepted immediately and the lot awarded.
