Ending the listing early?

Some of our clients want to list their lots for a year, but receive offers that are above their Starting Price and are ready to accept the offer and make the sale now. Easy excess promotes such early termination and sale, and believes that the timing of and amount of the sale are the sellers prerogative. This allows total flexibility of the sale, while not requiring the constant re-listing of expiring lots that are slow to sell. Buyers, it is not advised you wait until the listing is expireing to make an offer. With sellers frequently ending the listings early to make the sale, you should make your offer known. Your offer may be accepted immediately and the lot awarded.
